So I think it was 5/8/02, but I have the audio. Its stellar. I used to have the DVD, and now its gone. I would really appreciate it if someone could B&P it for me. I really dont have anything to trade, except Modest Mouse shows, and Dave shows. I did a search, but relative threads were years old.

any help would be much appreciated.

Really amazing recording of Marigals/New Years Prayer somewhere in NY?

My computer crashed a few weeks ago, and I lost this amazing recording of Howie doing Madrigals/New Years Prayer, I think it was at the Bowery a few years ago. He went kind of crazy during the New Years Prayer section, banging on the mike, basically going absolutely nuts, which was amazing. But, yeah... I lost it. Does anyone have it?

Hi All,

I checked archive.org tonight and was surprised to see that the 2008-02-15 Chicago show isn't there. I didn't get to go because I was traveling for work which sucked. There's usually been a taper at Howie's Chicago shows, so I thought I'd get to hear it later. Does anyone know if it was taped?

hi everyone. I'm going through all of my old shows and getting them back on a hard drive backup and I the last 2 tracks from 1/21/2001 seem to be screwed on my disc. can anyone send them to me?

Hello all,

I didn't know this site was here. I was looking for some upcoming shows from various artists to attend and stumbled across this site.

Are there any upcoming tour dates?

Either way, here is a show I recorded at FBTE 2004 and it doesn't look like any other version was released and I didn't see it listed on this site...Enjoy!

Hey folks,

I know that Howie played "So, Goodbye" solo on his guitar a few times, and I'm wondering if anyone has this or can point me in the right direction. I've looked all over the place. I'm certain that he played it at what used to be the Z104 Lounge in DC, because I remember hearing it on the radio.

Advice for first time taping

Since I'm living in Hawaii and have tickets, I'm going to try my hand at taping the Jack Johnson/Dave and Tim sets at the Kokua Festival next month.

Right now, all I've got is an Edirol R-09 and a Microtrack. The venue is going to allow taping, but not mic stands. Do any of you have any tips or pointers?

Also, is there any other type of equipment that I should get? I'm in Vietnam until Mid-April and can come by a lot of this stuff fairly cheap here.

I'm expecting to eff...

The audience is very attentive in this tape unlike the reviews I've read from the previous two releases (I haven't listened to them myself). Maybe a bit cleaner for those of you that want to hear the new songs.

I'm starving for some oldschool howie tunes---- Someone, anyone, please help. I've tried time and time again to download old shows from the archive but it never works. I can't figure out how to do it to save my life. So I'd really like to trade shows via snail mail---- anyone who could and would trade me some shows ? I'd really appreciate it.

This is my first post and I'm sorry it had to be this. Someone stole my CD book out of my car and took with it the only copies of a few of my favorite Howie shows from over the years. I am pretty upset, as Howie is a staple in my musical life. If anyone is willing to B+P any of the following shows, I would be elated and eternally grateful.
