It's Jay Clifford playing guitar with him, but Howie did play Ghost in Portland, OR and it was just Howie and the pedals!

I went to the Howie show last night in Milwaukee and he played Sorry so Sorry and Ghost by himself, but Jay played with him on the other songs.
